We use the information you provide to reply to enquiries, discuss and prepare proposals, deliver requested services, manage our business records and protect the website. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Our website host processes online enquiries and passes them to Sinch Mailgun’s EU email service for delivery to our Google Workspace inbox. We do not save form submissions in a separate website database, and email open and click tracking are disabled. These providers may retain information under their service terms and our account settings. Authorised providers may also process information for business administration. We do not sell personal information.
7. International data transfers
If a service provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, we use applicable safeguards for that transfer, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses where required.

Subject to applicable law, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data; ask us to restrict processing; object to processing; or request portability. See our Cookie Policy for information about cookies. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 processes usage and technical information to help us improve our website, services and offer. Measurement includes visits, pages viewed and engagement time. Google is an additional service provider and may process data outside the EEA under applicable transfer arrangements. We do not send enquiry contents or contact details to Analytics and do not enable advertising personalisation. You can withdraw consent using Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawal stops future analytics; it does not undo earlier processing.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information, although no online service can guarantee absolute security.
